Another new grant!

The OPERA Lab has been awarded a second Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security (IDEaS) contract to keep our Canadian Armed Forces members safe in Northern Canada. We’ll be exploring how their gear can better resist the negative effects of ice, snow, and frost. Pretty cool! IDEaS

The OPERA Lab has been awarded a Solutions Grant from the Peter Wall Institute for Advanced Studies. We will be developing a mosquito-repellent paint in collaboration with Loop Recycled Products and The Kyzox Foundation. More information here.
