Biography
Sadaf received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Materials Engineering. During her undergraduate degree, Sadaf studied the roll-bonding of aluminum alloys. Her Master’s work focused on coatings for corrosion protection, including the fabrication of hydrophobic copper as an effective means of surface passivation. Sadaf enjoys safety, fabrics, and being safe in lab.
Current Project
Sadaf is understanding how to develop durable oil-repellent textile finishes that do not utilize perfluorinated compounds
