Biography
Dr. Zhao received his PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Louisiana State University, USA. His PhD focused on the fabrication of robust, transparent, and superhydrophobic coatings on polymer substrates using epoxy resin and silica particles, as well as testing of microfluidic gasketless interconnects using the superhydrophobic coating.
Current Project
Dr. Zhao is developing hydrophobic, recyclable paper.
